Leon Anthony – UK Sales Manager

Leon has been with Total Pressure Solutions for two years, bringing over 12 years of industry experience in pressure, level, and flow instrumentation, alongside a background in mechanical and electrical engineering. His expertise and drive have been key to supporting the company’s growth and creating valuable opportunities since he joined.

Motivated by the exciting challenge of building the TPS business, Leon has enjoyed seeing plans come to life and contributing to a growing pipeline of projects. His favourite part of the role is working across a wide range of applications – from gas monitoring systems to wastewater treatment – and delivering complete, tailored solutions for customers.

Outside of work, Leon is passionate about staying active and enjoys a variety of sports. He plays football for AFC Andrews, where he is also involved in coaching youth football. With TPS proudly sponsoring the team, Leon combines his professional role with his love of the game, creating strong connections both on and off the pitch.

Michael Keenan-Dilks – Office Manager

Michael has been a key part of the Fluid Power Centre Group since 1979, beginning his career straight from school in the warehouse before moving into office-based roles. Over the years, he has gained valuable experience across many areas of the business and has been closely involved with ATAM for the last 25 years. Two years ago, Michael took on a new challenge by joining TPS, where he continues to bring his wealth of knowledge and steady leadership.

For Michael, joining TPS was a natural progression, offering him an exciting opportunity to contribute in new ways. He enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team and values the blend of professional collaboration and social activities that the group maintains.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time in his garden, finding it a relaxing way to unwind. He also loves attending events at his local pubs, from live music to quiz nights, making the most of his vibrant local community.

Sandra Johnson-Hall – Sales Support Administrator

Sandra joined TPS at its launch in 2023, bringing with her a strong professional background in sales and marketing across multiple industries, along with over a decade of experience as a Business Manager in NHS Medical Education. Her skills and knowledge have been instrumental in supporting TPS during its early growth and establishing efficient systems within the business.

Motivated by the opportunity to apply her expertise and contribute to the launch of an exciting new company within the group, Sandra enjoys working collaboratively as part of the team and ensuring processes run smoothly. Her attention to detail and organisational strengths make her a vital part of TPS’s daily operations.

When she isn’t working, Sandra enjoys gardening and cooking. She and her husband travel the UK and France on their motorbike together, Sandra as pillion.
