The DAP Series Direct Acting Pilot Solenoid Valve is designed for compact irrigation and water control circuits requiring responsive 2 way or 3 way pilot valve operation. Built with a Nylon GF body and Nitrile (NBR) seal / diaphragm material, it provides a lightweight plastic body solution for water applications where reliable electrical switching and corrosion resistant internal components are important.
Available with a 1/8" screwed port, the DAP Series supports BSPT and NPT connection options. It operates across a 0 to 10 bar pressure range and is suitable for water media up to 60°C, with an ambient temperature range of -10°C to 50°C.
The valve supports normally closed and normally open configurations, depending on the 2 way or 3 way valve arrangement. Internal parts made from superior corrosion resistant steel, equivalent to SS316L, help improve durability in irrigation and water control environments. A 2 position manual override supports commissioning, testing and maintenance.
Voltage options include 12V DC, 24V DC, 24V AC and 230V AC, with 12V DC and 24V DC latching versions also available. With 6W power consumption and compact 1/8" porting, the DAP Series is well suited to pilot control duties within irrigation valve assemblies and OEM water control systems.
For best performance, the valve should be selected to match the required valve type, port function, voltage configuration, pressure range and water-only application requirements.
